Similar problem. My sprocket will come up in Bluetooth on device but not on app

Several months ago my sprocket worked fine. Now every time I try to connect it to the app it cannot be found. I have tried everything in the little step by step fix it document and it is still not working! Please give me the information to apply for repairs or whatever I need to do because I would like to use this a lot.
