Seeing poor quality print and seeing strike lines in the photo print

Bought spracket today morning from amazon and i charged it fully , but when printing photos i see strike lines and photo print quality is very poor. Can you help me to get this rid of this or do i need to return the spracket to amazon back??
Any help is appreciated.
App version : 2.61.4(6590)
firmware version : 1.1.8
hardware version :6
Mac address : c4:30:18:2b:a7:58
Note > firmware is updated and still see the same quality.
tried installing the spracket app and tried printing and i still see the same strikes and poor qulaity, very disappointed with the Product.
I am using Redmi Note 4 ( with android )

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeIf you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps from this document HP Sprocket Printers – Improving Print Quality and still have issues, it could be a hardware failure.
