Hi, Can you please try the following steps:1.Update to latest app release.2.If you still have issues with connecting to your printer, then please uninstall and reinstall the HP sprocket app. Hope this helps. Thanks for replying. Just let you know. I have tried my iPad and it worked fine. Now I confirm this problem is from the latest iPhone iOS 13 updates. You can temporarily use other systems if you have. HP engineers please help fix. Thanks
The same thing is happening with me. I’ve tried to fix it following different steps online but it hasn’t worked. So frustrating
