“Problem with setup” on my sprocket

I want to print pictures on my sprocket 200 and it connects but then it has a red triangle and it says “problem with setup”  and then a thing at the bottom says remember to forget the sprocket on Bluetooth (which I did) I tried resetting it and resetting my iPhone and checking the paper and everything but it still doesn’t work. It’s also fairly new so I didn’t think it was broken yet.
