Problem connecting sprocket printer to phone

My sprocket will not connect to my phone at all no matter what i’ve tried. i tried all the steps recommended from HP and none of them worked.

  • I, too, am having the same problems with my Sprocket. When plugged in to charge, the LED flashes red/green. I’ve performed the factory reset as recommended and when I power off the printer, the red/green LED flashes again. Also, when powered on and plugged in, the device will print only 1/2 of a picture then powers off on its own. Please tell me there is a solution or that HP will stand behind its product and offer a discount on a replacement.

    If you have already performed the steps from the document Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
     
    Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
