I wish I could find someone to email about this, but there's no email anywhere on HP's site. I suppose that's by design.
I bought a like-new HP Sprocket Photo Printer a few weeks ago online. The colors are terrible. Very yellow. I updated my firmware. I used the blue calibration paper. Nothing makes a difference. I'm on my 2nd pack of paper now and the prints are terrible. I can't seem to check warranty status either.
Do I have any options here or is this just what I'm stuck with?
