Printing streaks/lines

Brand new Sprocket.. have upgraded firmware, used the blue sheet twice, printed two different quality photos but it is still printing out with streaks on the photos. Please help

Which device are you trying to print from?
For now, try the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this document.
If the issue persists, you may try resetting the sprocket.
