Printing

Help I bought this for my fiancé for Father’s Day and I wanted to test it out before I give it to him in case I had to send it back and well it has just been sitting with the print in cue but has not printed them it will flash the red indicator light but will not say what the error is and then it will pause the cue and then go back to being ready to print, I’m super confused please help !

    During a print job, the Sprocket stops feeding photo paper, the Status Indicator light turns red and blinks, and one of the following error messages can display on the HP sprocket app.

    Out of Paper

    Top Cover Open

    Paper Jammed

    Incorrect Paper Type

    Kindly refer to this document for more info and how to resolve it.
     
    If you are not able to connect the sprocket to the iOS device, perform the steps mentioned in this document.
