I have wrote into the Live Chat 3 separate times now and all three times, the agent disconnected on me.
My printer is printing pink pictures. I have reset it, updated the firm ware, and bought new ZINK Smartsheets. I've loaded a total of 3 smartsheets and nothing has worked. I have followed all the instructions on this link http://hp.care/2ilvn9u and still nothing.
The Sprocket is brand new.
I have been told that I need to just call in but have never been given a phone number.
Please help.
You can try fb messaging them. I did and they replied via email. it’s better than LiveChat as once the Live Chat disconnected there is no one following up.
