I have just received the Sprocket, it should be brand new. The box did appear to have been previously opened. I have printed 3 photos , followed the instructions, looked for upgrade and my printers have horizontal streaks across the photos. I have owned this printer for under 24 hours. Is this how the photos are supposed to appear or did I not receive a new product? How can I return this product if the photos continue to have streaks

I see that you’re experiencing print quality issues on the sprocket printer, appreciate your efforts ion trying to resolve the issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Improving Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
