Orient tags to place in correct place

I can't seem to be able to orient the tags in edit. For example if I want to add sunglasses I can't find a way to place them where they need to go

Place the item on the screen, then use thumb and finger to select opposite corners. At this point you can rotate, resize and move the tag as needed to get it positioned properly by moving the corners as needed.
