Ordering a Recycling Box gives me a 500 internal server error

Hello,

When I put in all my details when I try to order a recycle box, it gives me a 500 internal server error.

Now the order can't be made.

Is it possible that team responsible can look into it?

P.S. this is probably the wrong section of the forum.
