My printer has suddenly decided it wont print until I clear a paper jam that's not there. The only error message I get is to clear the paper jam and press OK, which I can't do as there isn't a paper jam to start with. I access my printer wirelessly but still get the message if I try to print direct from the printer.
Please help!!

Hi thereYes I keep getting the paper jam message but there isn’t a paper jam at all. The printer pucks up the sheet of paper as if to print then stops giving the false paper jam message.Very frustrating to say the least ☺
