My sprocket will not connect to Bluetooth and when it is turned on it will not turn off

I have updated the app and have followed all the previous forum suggestions re: resetting. I have an Android. The sprocket initially printed when I first bought it but now it won't let me connect to Bluetooth at all.

    What model sprocket are you using?
    Which version of Android is installed on your mobile device?
