My printer stopped working, but it used to print. When it is attached to the charger and plugged in, it appears to be charging, often showing a green light. However, when I unplug it, it will not turn on, and when I plug it back in, it shows a red light, no matter how long I have previously charged it for. I have tried resetting the system with no luck, and additionally my printer will not function or connect to my phone when it is plugged in and charging. Please help!

Hi @rosie_macWelcome to the HP Support Community. Try power resetting the Printer and check if it helps
Turn on the printer.
Locate the reset button near the charging port.Figure : Locating the reset button
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds. The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
Also, try a factory reset
KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeTo factory reset the printer you need to hold the power button down for 7 seconds until LED flashes and then press the power button once to power off the device and then turn it back on.
If the issue persists, I’m afraid this is a hardware issue with the sprocket. Please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:
