My sprocket is not connecting to my app. It is connected in Bluetooth but the printer won’t connect.

I got a new phone and wanted to connect my sprocket. It connect in Bluetooth but then when I went onto the app to connect the printer it didn’t show up. Have turned Bluetooth in and off multiple times. Have also tried resetting the sprocket and nothing as worked. The app just says that it is still searching for a nearby printer but it never finds my sprocket. How do I connect it?

    To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

    Was the Sprocket connected to any other device earlier?
    May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
