My Sprocket 200 won't pair.

My Sprocket 200 won't pair. I have reset it, I have rebooted my phone, I have deleted and retarded the app., I have turned my Bluetooth on and off. It was working just fine. I was printing pictures and it just stopped working. No changes were made. Just next picture didn't print and now won't pair. Please help or next step is return it
