I recently rediscovered my sprocket after cleaning my room. At first it would not turn on at all no matter what I tried. after trying to charge it and letting it sit for a couple days it turned on and functioned normally. After using it for a couple days, the light of the printer randomly turned red and it shut off. When I let the camera sit for a couple of minutes and charge it again, it will turn back on, but then after a few seconds shut off with the red light and stop working. I have tried everything I can and I would appreciate support.
My sprocket 2 in 1 keeps on shutting off when I turn it on.

Its not charging, however I’m leaving it plugged in , the red light on but no charge, I think its a hardware issue

My 2in 1 sprocket is just new and its its of battery, when ever I’m plugging it in its switching on and off in 2seconds, And its its not charging even after hours although its new and never used, I need solution please
