My printer won’t Recognise the paper recognise the paper

My sprocket isn’t recognising that there is paper and then when I go to print it says that  I need to add paper

 

So I brought a new pack as that the paper has been sitting there for like a month and that still isn’t working and I was just wondering if anyone knew what to do

    May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
