I set up the HP Sprocket as directed in instructions after purchase and downloaded app for my iphone 7. Got a pic in que with successful bluetooth pairing, but would not print. No error message, no blinking lights, no response whatsoever from the printer. Printer is fully charged, paper installed correctly. Tried again after resetting. Please advise

Did you do any hardware or software changes?
Update the HP Sprocket app on your mobile device.
Or Uninstall and reinstall the app from the app store again.
