Posted by Sarine on

I have tried doing the directions below and they showe up as a message on my phone... BUT the sprocket will not show up., unless I turn it on off and then on again (not the order listed below).. after doing that, it will show, but not pair because it says "Pairng Unsuccessful HP Sprocket EO:45 is not supported."

Please help, many thanks

As an aside, if I ever get this to work - can you have two iphones connect to the printer - I assume you can, but maybe not at the same time?

I understand that you are facing issues in connecting the printer
Don’t worry I’ll be glad to help you with this.

Is this the first time you’re trying to connect the printer?

The HP sprocket app or printer firmware might be outdated, or the printer might be connected to another Apple iOS device.

On your mobile device, go to the HP sprocket app (in English) in the App Store and check for an update.

On your mobile device, open the HP sprocket app and make sure the printer firmware is up-to-date.

Turn off the Bluetooth feature on any nearby Apple iOS devices, and then try to reconnect your Apple iOS device.

For detailed troubleshooting steps, go to Cannot Connect, Print, or Update Firmware (Apple iOS).

Do get back to me as I have a few more tricks up my sleeve. Said that, if I have helped you resolve the issue.
