Image issues

My sprocket is printing lines all over each photo, the photos themselves when printed are very unclear and are totally different colours to the photo on my phone.
I have re set it, changed the paper twice, turned it on and off, updated it, and done everything the virtual assistant would recommend.
Any help or ideas? i’ve wasted a lot of paper now and only have 2 sheets left.
