my sprocket isnt connecting to my phone and i cant seem to find it in my bluetooth settings. i have done everything that the hp help has told me to do and still nothing. please help me resolve this issue.

    Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to connect the sprocket to your phone. I’d be happy to assist you.

    Which model sprocket are you using?
    Are you using an Android or an iPhone?

    Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.
