HP Sprocket Won’t Connect

My Sprocket wasn’t printing. So I removed the printer and removed it from my Bluetooth. I also deleted the app. Then I redownloaded the app, and tried reconnecting my printer but my phone doesn’t find it. I have tried everything, resetting my phone, resetting the sprocket, you name it! Please let me know what else I can do, I’m very annoyed!

    If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers – Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
     
    Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
