Hp sprocket will not turn on

Hp sprocket light will flash green and red then will not turn on. Tried to reset and still will not turn on. Deleted and reinstalled app and still won't turn on. Only made about 50 pictures. Is there anything I can do?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.
Try charging the Sprocket for at least 60minutes before trying to power it ON and check if the issue persists.
