Hp Sprocket Studio paper jam error that isn't there and doesn't clear

Help, Our Sprocket Studio Printer keeps having a paper feed error that appears to not be there, no obvious paper jam, and the path and everything appears to be clear.  The previous answer to this mentioned sliding off the top cover, but this doesn't appear possible with this model.  It was working fine, but now just hangs up.  Apparently the firmware is up to date, no way to further update.  The print cartridge is not new, but should be viable.  I need a solution that fixes the problem for this model of printer.

  • I am having the same issue. Our HP Sprocket Studio printer keeps having paper feed error and removing the top cover does not seem to be possible with this printer. Also how can a I get HP Sprocket Studio app back on my iPhone. I thought I should try reinstalling it, but can not longer find it.
