Hp sprocket printer

min printer vil ikke udskrive og blinker rød som betyder den har en error men hvordan finder jeg ud af hvilken fejl det er ????

  • Hello my Hp sprocket printer 100 is blinking red and I know that’s mean an error code but I don’t now what code it is. my printer can’t print out even though it is blinking  white like it should when it’s about to print a foto and it doesn’t help if I try to replace the foto papier in the printer with some new fotopapir after some time I get a messeage in the app that’s connected to the printer and it says that is a system fail and I need to reset the printer But when I reset the printer then nothing happen and I still can’t print out fotos so I really don’t know what to do???
