hp sprocket: Pink Tint

I recieved my brand new hp sprocket printer today and it is printing with a pink hue. I have reset it 3 times and installed an upgrade. Please help.

  • I would recommend using a new pack of paper.  If all of those are pink, you should try a new pack of paper to see if it is the paper or the printer. Just a thought.
