My HP Sprocket has stopped working and whenever I print out an image, it comes out white. I have been onto the help pages and done exactly what it says to do and it is still not working. Can someone please advise me on how to get a replacement? I only got this last month and they are not exactly cheap so I would like a new one.
My house sprocket is charged (white light) loaded with paper, and connected (Bluetooth) to my phone. The firmware was updated, but when I select a photo and select “print to sprocket” , the display that shows the photo and let’s me send does not come up. Nothing happens on either end. Please help.

Scroll down and click on: HP contact options – click on Get phone number Case number and phone number appear. HP will not send you an email asking you to call them – such messages are a scam.
