HP Sprocket is still not connecting

Hi.

My HP Sprocket is still not connecting to my iPhone XR. I have tried the suggestions on the website, restarting the sprocket and so on, but I am still unable to get the printer to connect. It says that the printer is connected when I select which device to connect to on the bluetooth page, but once I try to go on the hp sprocket application on my phone and try to print a picture, it says that it is not connected to a printer. When I try to search for the printer, the sprocket does not appear on the list, despite my sprocket being turned on and ready to connect.

If there is any way to fix this, please help!
