HP Sprocket (B6:A2) not supported on iphone 6

I installed HP Sprocket and were able to use with mig iPhone 6S. Recently I tried to use it, but my i phone says The HP sprocket (B6:A2) is not supported. I have unpaired, then reset the Sprocket, and reinstalled the app. Nothing helped.

Anyone, who can shine on this issue?
