Frames are missing

I have the same complaint. I have had my Sprocket printer for a couple of years and know how to use it. I have the latest firmware and latest iOS and latest Sprocket download. I even uninstalled/reinstalled the Sprocket download, and also reset and restarted the printer.

Most of the picture frames are missing. The only ones present are Mickie Mouse themes, a white frame, some stars and an aqua frame. Phooey. I am on a high speed internet connection and this is happening on both my iPad and my iPhone, so it isn't a "the frames haven't downloaded yet" issue.

What happened to the frames? I request that you put them back into the app.
