Flashes green and red and wont charge

Hi I have a situation that during charging my hp sprocket the lights blinking red and green,what does it mean?and if i turn on and charge the redlight is steady,pls help me

  • Really unhelpful Sandy from HP. The person has a problem and you post that crap. The problem is the sprocket has been left flat for a prolonged period and the battery is now stuffed. Cheaper to buy a new one than fix it. HP Staff.
