Flashes green and red and wont charge

I got my sprocket this Christmas i tried charging it and it wont charge it dosent turn on at all when i try to charge it the lights flash green and red i tried the reset and it dosent work need help .

    When was the last time the printer was working fine?
    Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
