I'm having the same problem. Firmware upgrade stuck at 80%. I made sure my printer and phone were both charged to 100% before starting the upgrade. I can get my printer to print, but the print quality is horrible. HP Support said the first thing to do when troubleshooting photo quality is make sure your pinter has the latest upgrade, but I can't get the upgrade to complete.
Any help would be appreciated.
Hello @camptlc - Sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with firmware update. It sounds like you need to “update” your version of the Sprocket iOS app before attempting the firmware update. You should be running app version 2.03.1 on your phone. A more detailed set of instructions for how to resolve this issue are contained in the support document here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05300073 Hope that helps…
