connecting sprocket to two devices

Hi! I tried installing the sprocket to my iPhone 7 and it worked fine until i had to download the app and it got stuck. So, I deleted the app, clicked on forget this device to start all over. And now, no matter how many times i restart my phone and the sprocket, the device isn't showing up under the blue tooth menu as an option to pair.
The device is working though, bc I was able to sync it to my ipad. Why won't it work on my cell? I was able to download the sprocket APP on my cell. I followed the directions on the app to set it up, and when it gets to the screen that says "select an accessory"...it's blank.

I understand that you are unable to connect the sprocket.
No worries, I’ll be glad to help you, that said, I’ll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
Did you try to do an update?
The HP sprocket app or printer firmware might be outdated, or the printer might be connected to another Apple iOS device.
On your mobile device, go to the HP sprocket app (in English) in the App Store and check for an update.
On your mobile device, open the HP sprocket app and make sure the printer firmware is up-to-date.
Turn off the Bluetooth feature on any nearby Apple iOS devices, and then try to reconnect your Apple iOS device.
For detailed troubleshooting steps, go to Cannot Connect, Print, or Update Firmware (Apple iOS).
