Charging light

Hi everyone,

I just bought my sprocket select a few days ago. I have put it on charge, trying many different ports, such as a fast charger, my laptop etc, but the charging light has been blinking red for the whole time. I don't know if this is a fault in the printer or not, The product number is 5XH49A.

    I see that the printer has blinking light issues, follow the steps from the document Blinking Red Status Indicator Light to isolate and resolve the issue.
