Can’t connect og photo sprocket to Bluetooth after I got the software update on the sprocket app

Hi I need help connecting my sprocket 100 to my iPhones Bluetooth after I reseted my sprocket app because when after I got the software update it no longer connected and I kept getting a message that said forget system and when I did it still didn’t work but it was working perfectly before I updated my app 😢

Asmita I am an HP EmployeeWelcome to the HP Support Community. I’d be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue.
This Sprocket does not support multiple Bluetooth connections. You need to forget the printer on all devices and then pair.
As you have already tried updating the app, please uninstall and reinstall the app using latest update.
