Bust sprocket

I have a sprocket 200 that I was given as a Christmas gift. I’m not sure when it was bought but it’s out of warranty. The problem is it’s never been used. I got it out last week to charge and it’s just blinking red regardless of what I’ve tried. I’ve tried different charging methods, different charge times, resetting it. Nothing works it just flashes red. Question is it repairable? If so is it worth the cost of repairing?

    Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue, I’d suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this issue. 
    If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it’s most likely because the device is out of warranty.
