Hi we just got a brand new sprocket plus. It was charged til the light turned green but won’t switch on. Holding down button, paper loaded and have tried resetting with a pin

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeI see that the printer does not power on, if you have already performed the steps from the document Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
