bluetooth connection to Windows 10 PC

Hi togehter,

I've treid to connect my windows 10 pc to the HP sprocket plus printer via bluetooth. However, I'm now asked to provide the PIN for the printer. Where can I find this PIN? A simple pairiing is somehow not possible

    Don’t worry as I’ll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

    When was the last time it worked fine?

    Meanwhile, you can try this:
    When a list of detected devices appears on the computer display of the BLUETOOTH device, select “HP sprocket printer.” If a passkey* prompted to enter “0000 or 1234"
