Blue tone over pictures

I have a hp sprocket and it is printing all my pictures blue, I have reset it, used the wand tool in editing settings, I have made sure it is up to date, I have reset it, made sure it had a good battery, I used the blue card that comes with the paper to clean it and turned up the brightness. 
I don’t know what to do ?

    If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers – Improving Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
