Blinking red light, won’t charge

I just brought this sprocket brand new, my first time trying to use it the red light is blinking and then stops after a few seconds. The sprocket will not charge and therefore won’t print:(

  • The same is happening to me. I have tried charging it for hours but the red light is blinking. I can’t reset and I do not find any error message in the app (which i reinstall and can’t link to the printer) Model name: 1AS85A Thanks
