Black line

I have the Sprocket Studio and almost every photo I print, on the bottom appears a black line. Some photos have it, some don’t. Why is that? What is that?

    In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.
     

    Can you share a picture of the line which is coming at the bottom?
    Do you see the line in the print preview as well?
    Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
