AWFUL Picture Quality

Why is the print quality of my pictures so awful? They are very dull or very reddish looking...how do you fix that, if even, other than the firmware update?

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeI would suggest you perform troubleshooting steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers – Improving Print Quality.
If you have already tried all the steps and the issue still persists, it could be a hardware failure.
