App closes suddenly when I want to print

when I start printing with my Sprocket, the app closes suddenly but the printer is connected and updated; I have an iPhone with iOS 9; last summer the App works but now I don't know how to solve this problem

I’ve a simple Sprocket (not a Studio or a Plus one) and I’ve already tried the advices and procedures suggested by the links you kindly sent me but I couldn’t find anything about this specific problem (nothing mentioned about the App) : it seems to be a bug on the App.
