App can find Sprocket 100

I have downloaded the App and when I go to find my Sprocket printer, the app does not find the printer.
Reset the Sprocket, rebooted phone uninstall Sprocket app, re-installed App... still can find my Sprocket 100

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeIf you have already performed the steps from the document Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
