Android devices will not connect

I have paired my sprocket with both my phone and pad but neither device will connect. I've tried resetting the sprocket, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, forgetting and repairing on both devices. All to no avail. I can't update the operating system without connecting so no idea what to do next. Any help appreciated.

  • Thanks for the reply. Since you’ve tried all the possible steps and the issue is not resolved, I suggest you to contact HP tech support and they would further help you. Issue will be taken care of, cheers

  • Thanks for the suggestions, I’ve tried every itteration but it will still not connect. I suspect the Sprocket’s opperating system needs updating but I can’t seem to do this without it connecting.
