All sheets are blue

I have been using my sprocket with the sheets that come with the device. I bought 100 new sprocket hp sheets and when I open the package they are all blue, and of course, the pictures are too. Horrible! I would like new sheets and an explanation why this happened!

  • The most likely cause would be storage of the sheets outside of its specified environmental spec’s.  Did you buy the sheets from HP or an authorized dealer?  I would suggest contacting your supplier for a replacement.
