2-in-1 Can not connect to Bluetooth

I bought the 2-in-1 just over a year ago (late 2018) but now it refuses to connect to my Bluetooth on my iPhone 11Pro.

I have reset it several time’s, deleting and reinstalled the app, reset my phone etc. my iPhone is able to pick up the signal but it is never able to pair with the device.

extremely disappointed as it’s basically just a Polaroid camera now, which if I wanted one, I would have just bought that.  If it’s unable to connect with Bluetooth it’s “2in1” price Tag and labelling is a complete fraud.

  • Had exactly same problem. Deleting previously paired devices, then rebooting phone and resetting the sprocket seems to have done the trick. Problem resolved for me.
